Is it rent-controlled?
Gathland State Park, MD - April 22, 2004

This tomb was built by George Alfred Townsend (aka "Gath"), an important journalist and war correspondent during and after the Civil War.  He presumably expected to be buried there, but died in New York a poor and broken man. The tomb remains empty to this day.
